Focus, Focus - so they call it

Focus! How many times we hear this word. Mostly when people try to convey to somebody else that they should get something done in some sort of way.

I looked at it and observed what "focus" really is.

"Focus" is actually nothing. What we really should say instead is, "Do what you are supposed to be doing! Do not space out with your mind or lose attention from your task. Just DO it!"

What is the difference between people that have a high rate of success and people that do not? Well, the ability to DO things. Especially things that they should be doing or that they like to be doing. Just follow through. Get it done. Complete the action. Rather simple, isn't it?

This is very applicable in anything anybody does. Sport in general amplifies this need. But really, no kidding, even the simplest job of stamping a piece of paper would need this simple ability.

And this is what I have to say about that !
